Students' Culture Home

Students' Culture Home in Resita was established under Article 107 of the Constitution, by Government Decision no. 398 of April 2, 2003. Resita SCH is a public institution with legal personality, subordinated to the National Authority for Youth and Students Support Agency coordination. According to H. G. No.  801/2004, art. 2, Students' Culture House in Resita has as main activity "organizing and conducting cultural activities, artistic, entertaining, educational, domestic and international travel, sports, recreation and other services for students."

Under the law, SCH Resita has the following main tasks:

• promotes cultural and artistic activities, sporting and tourism, educational, recreational, entertainment, transport and leisure;

• initiates artistic circles, theoretical courses and practical workshops;

• provides students artistic groups activity;

• ensure student participation in the design and organization of cultural and artistic events, specific sports events and tourism, educational, recreational, entertainment and leisure.
