Missions and objectives

Bureau for Patrimony, Investments and Procurement is situated within UEMR building A, 3rd floor. Through its activities, monitor compliance with the conditions of compliance and regularity from the initiation and execution of public procurement to their actual realization, aims to increase the efficiency and transparency of public spending, establishing a coherent system of priorities. He also provides information to authorizing officer on the effective use of public funds.
